Give Kids the World Village

Orlando, FL

MKC performed a full-scale renovation of the guest-room tower at Give Kids The World Village in Orlando, completely redesigning interiors to deliver a vibrant, welcoming environment for its mission-driven guests. The project required exacting coordination during occupied operation, tight schedule control and high finish standards — and MKC delivered-on-time and on-budget, helping preserve the guest experience while elevating the property’s design and functionality.

Sales Center and Lobby Renovation

MKC embarked on a sales center and lobby renovation during this property’s off season. The result: a lobby that wows guests on entry and helps the property’s team close more sales. The on-time and on-budget project also led to a significant roof replacement as well as a re-paving project.

Guest Room Renovation

A complete room overhaul was in order for a spectacular property in the golf capital of the world. The renovation paid tribute to the heritage of the resort while elevating its amenities. Returning guests could hardly believe it was the same place, and management was equally impressed that it was completed so quickly.

Complete Shower Remodel

MKC completed custom marble shower retrofits for 300+ guestrooms at a high-end beach resort. Despite a two-month sell-out that shifted the schedule, the project was still delivered on time and on budget.

Complete Hotel Re-Fit

MKC delivered a 400-room hotel re-fit, including full guest room renovations with tub-to-shower conversions and numerous custom additions. Highlights included new Presidential and Governor’s Suites plus 30 other large-format suites. The project also encompassed an extensive casino renovation with high-end finishes and custom areas such as a speakeasy and sportsbook.
