400+ Room Renovation & Casino

As the flagship hospitality renovation in this category, MKC completed a full resort re-fit at Rio Mar, including 400 guestrooms, high-end suites, and a complete casino renovation. The project introduced modernized finishes, redesigned guest pathways, and custom-built entertainment spaces, executed with MKC’s signature on-time, on-budget discipline.

Highlight: Custom mahogany and teak towel huts and cabanas for the pool area.
