MKC partnered with Margaritaville Vacation Club to enhance and modernize its time-share units while preserving the brand’s relaxed, island-inspired aesthetic. The renovation included full guest room updates, detailed finish upgrades, and refreshed interiors designed to elevate the owner experience without disrupting occupancy. With tight seasonal windows and high guest turnover, MKC coordinated seamlessly across trades to deliver a polished, guest-ready product on time and on budget.

For Hyatt Residence Club, MKC executed a comprehensive renovation program spanning multiple time-share units and shared spaces. The project focused on creating elevated, brand-consistent environments through upgraded finishes, optimized layouts, and refreshed kitchens and baths. Working within an active, fully occupied property, MKC employed its proven, low-impact construction approach to maintain guest satisfaction while completing the work efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
